- Ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and compliance

- Proven track record in senior leadership roles (CEO / Deputy CEO / Business Head)
- Demonstrated success in scaling chain-based businesses
- Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L ownership experience
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Good English communication
