This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary executive who can drive business expansion, scale operations, and deliver sustainable growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead overall business strategy and execution for the Vietnam market
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Scale and optimize chain-based / multi-location business models
Build and lead high-performing leadership teams
Strengthen brand positioning and customer experience nationwide
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
Ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and compliance

👤 Candidate Profile

Proven track record in senior leadership roles (CEO / Deputy CEO / Business Head)
Demonstrated success in scaling chain-based businesses
Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L ownership experience
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Good English communication
