A member company of Vingroup is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and accelerate its growth in the Vietnam market.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary executive who can drive business expansion, scale operations, and deliver sustainable growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy and execution for the Vietnam market
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
- Scale and optimize chain-based / multi-location business models
- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer experience nationwide
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- Ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and compliance
👤 Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles (CEO / Deputy CEO / Business Head)
- Demonstrated success in scaling chain-based businesses
- Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L ownership experience
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Good English communication
