Refer qualified candidates, receive a clear bonus
Partners, consultants, and collaborators can refer professionals who fit our open mandates. When a referral is accepted and the candidate is hired, you receive a bonus under the policy for that role.
REFERRAL REWARD
Bonus from 20 Million VND for each successful referral
The bonus applies when your referred candidate is hired for an eligible position. Amount and payout timing follow the policy for each role.
