What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with past/potential candidates.
- Align recruitment with business goals.
- Design job descriptions & interview questions.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels.
- Source/screen candidates via online platforms, conduct interviews, and provide candidate profiles to clients.
- Schedule interviews between candidates & hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews; collaborate with managers on role requirements.
- Extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and oversee onboarding.
- Develop/maintain client & candidate databases.
What You Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or in a comparable role is essential.
- Demonstrable familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networking sites for sourcing candidates.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing (utilizing various techniques), and candidate evaluation.
- Knowledge of and practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, sales acumen for candidate engagement, and an outgoing personality.
- A keen understanding of diverse roles and organizational structures within various industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness.

- Screening call with Personal Assistant to CEO (20-30min)
- In-depth interview with CEO (about 1 hour)
