What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with past/potential candidates.
  • Align recruitment with business goals.
  • Design job descriptions & interview questions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels.
  • Source/screen candidates via online platforms, conduct interviews, and provide candidate profiles to clients.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates & hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews; collaborate with managers on role requirements.
  • Extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and oversee onboarding.
  • Develop/maintain client & candidate databases.

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or in a comparable role is essential.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networking sites for sourcing candidates.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing (utilizing various techniques), and candidate evaluation.
  • Knowledge of and practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, sales acumen for candidate engagement, and an outgoing personality.
  • A keen understanding of diverse roles and organizational structures within various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness.

Interview process:

  • 1 to 2 rounds of interview
  • Screening call with Personal Assistant to CEO (20-30min)
  • In-depth interview with CEO (about 1 hour)
