Job Description

1/ Job Purpose:

The Key Account Manager will execute & manage sales and sales strategy. Successful candidates will sustain and nurture key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations.

2/ Job duties & Responsibility

  • Maintain and develop customer portfolio our products, including frequent customer visits and calls
  • Report & sales update/ review on weekly/ monthly basic
  • Planning, co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery to customer
  • Develop new customers for Private Label segmentation
  • Achieve sales target given by line manager
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote ofi product/ campaign to the customers
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings and industry events as necessary

3/ Job requirement (education, experience, skill:

Education / Academic

  • At least 2 years equivalent work experience

Language / Computer Proficiency

  • Good English
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other business systems

Technical Skills / Competencies

  • B2B Food Ingredient Sales / Business Development / Account Management
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
