Job Description
Essential functions to be included:
Agent Collaboration (75%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agents.
- Support agents with resources and training to meet enrollment targets.
- Monitor agent performance and manage application workflows effectively.
- Assist in managing agent networks, including training, application management, performance monitoring, and relationship development.
Direct Student Recruitment (25%)
- Represent the university at educational fairs and recruitment events across Vietnam.
- Engage directly with prospective students, advising on program options and admission requirements.
- Promote the benefits of our university to potential students through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Other Responsibilities
Recruitment and Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment and marketing strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts, international educational fairs, and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment activities within the agreed budget and deadlines.
Student Engagement and Support
- Conduct advisory sessions to guide prospective students toward degree programs aligned with their goals.
- Participate and lead activities to promote student enrollment, engagement, retention, and success.
- Promptly respond to inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other requests from students.
Relationship Management and External Partnerships
- Build relationships with key external partners, including government agencies, feeder schools, and sponsors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with organizations such as Education USA, Ministry of Education, international feeder schools and colleges, and other sponsors.
- Support the development of alumni relations and ambassador programs in conjunction with internal departments.
Institutional Representation and Collaboration
- Represent the university professionally at events, forums, and conferences.
- Collaborate with co-workers and internal departments to develop and implement new recruitment strategies.
Compliance and Oversight
- Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education and sit on campus-wide committees as requested or required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements
- Frequent local and regional travel within Vietnam (approximately 2 out of 4 weeks for 9–10 months annually) with peak periods for travel from late September to December and from February to April.
- Occasional travel to the U.S., as needed.
