About the job

 

This role will oversee sales strategy, business development, and overall P&L performance, while managing a local sales and customer service team.

Industry: Industrial Components & MRO Supply

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall business operations and P&L management of the local entity
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Expand market presence and acquire new customers
  • Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee inventory planning and supply chain coordination
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational performance
  • Drive strategic business development initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA or management degree preferred)
  • Proven experience managing P&L and business operations
  • Strong sales leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English
