1. Job Overview

Lead and manage the company’s overall sales operations nationwide to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies.

Build, execute, and monitor annual and quarterly business plans.

Propose, design, and adjust sales policies, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
-
Expand the customer base and develop new markets.
-
Manage, coach, and evaluate the nationwide sales team to ensure high performance.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
-
Prepare and present business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
2. Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in consumer goods, distribution, or logistics sectors.

Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
-
In-depth understanding of market dynamics and multi-channel sales operations.
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience managing nationwide business operations is a strong advantage.
