Job Description
Reporting to: Senior & Chief Representative
Job brief: We are looking for a trustworthy and loyal Sales Executive to help us to maintain and expand our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing new customers and well maintain the relationship with the existing customers.
- Have knowledge and experience in textile field at least 2 years
- Set up meetings with clients (customers) and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- F/up shipment schedule and shipment documents, production/ purchasing plan, claims,…
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
- Others upon request.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Problems solving skills.
- Work under pressure & limited supervision.
- Well understanding about import-export procedure.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
