Job Description

Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and persistence in achieving all job functions.
  • Source and screen candidates, conduct initial phone screenings to promote job opportunities, schedule and conduct interviews, and provide clients with qualified candidate shortlists.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to provide interview status updates and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate the job placement process between clients and candidates.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Manage and enrich the client and candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development etc.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business performance reports and results achieved to management.


What You Need

  • A strong sales-oriented mindset with a persistent and results-driven attitude.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively based on interactions with various companies and candidates.
  • Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
  • Proven capacity to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the Headhunting/Recruitment industry, Sales, Talent Acquisition.
  • A genuine passion for sales and a strong interest in the field of recruitment.
