Consultant Managers
1. Job Purpose
The Researcher supports the Search team by conducting structured market research, talent mapping, long-list development, and candidate pre-qualification to ensure high-quality pipelines for senior-level and niche positions.
This role guarantees speed, accuracy, and professionalism in every retained assignment, contributing directly to successful placements and client satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Research & Talent Mapping

Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and organizational structures relevant to each search assignment.

Build and maintain talent maps and long lists of potential candidates.

Utilize multiple channels: LinkedIn, industry directories, professional groups, referrals, and internal database.
B. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates according to the job profile, key selection criteria (KSC), and competency framework defined by the Consultant.

Conduct initial screening calls to validate: background, experience, achievements, motivation, salary, and relocation readiness.

Present high-quality candidate profiles and summaries to Consultants.
C. Database & Pipeline Management

Update ATS/CRM with accurate candidate information, notes, status, and communication logs.

Build reusable talent pools for future searches in the same industry or function.

Maintain clean, updated, and well-organized research documents and mapping files.
D. Project Execution Support

Coordinate interview scheduling between Consultants, Clients, and Candidates.

Assist in preparing search progress reports, candidate reports, and market insights.

Support Consultants during client briefings, kick-off meetings, and weekly updates.
E. Market Intelligence

Collect data on salary trends, talent movement, hiring challenges, and competitor structures.

Provide Consultants with insights to strengthen recommendations to clients.
F. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Consultants/BD Managers to clarify search priorities, KSC, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in weekly team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
-
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, research, HR, or market research.

Fresh graduates with strong research ability and English proficiency may also be considered.
Skills & Competencies

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to collect, filter, validate, and structure information.

Good interviewing and conversation skills.

Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.

High attention to detail, disciplined data entry, and documentation.
