About the job

* JOB SUMMARY:

- Be responsible for managing and coordinating of all SALES related business between TCIEV and Dealerships network throughout Vietnam. Sales manager manages and supports of sales & marketing activities at dealership level; sets the sales forecast or goals, works with dealerships on proposed sales events and programs; conducts the sales talks and motivates sales teams; and be in charge of dealer recruitment.

* TERRITORY:

- All dealerships network and focus on assigned dealerships in respective region.

* DETAILED DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

* GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work under Head of Sales /Commercial Director and extend support to respective Dealer Principal;

- Be in charge of proposing & executing new sales strategies such as sales & marketing programs, and other effective techniques that can improve the performance of dealerships;

- Support dealerships throughout the sales operation standard process in all sales-oriented activities, such as sales & marketing programs, sales promotions and training to achieve the sales targets;

- Prepare for or verify & complete sales incentives/promotion payments to dealerships, and other documents released under his watch;

- Responsible for sales growth in respective Dealerships and Dealership Sales Management including of Achieving the Booking/Retail Sales/Wholesales/Stock objectives; Actual Sales vs. Sales KPIs report and analysis; Coach Dealership Sales manager and Sales consultant;

- Responsible for Dealership Retail Performance and Sales Tracking with Dealership Principal;

- Setting-up and leading a sales team at assigned Dealership; Responsible for the development of Dealership sales team and their performance;

- Ensuring that the Dealership order and delivery process runs smoothly;

- Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant TQ Truck/ Bus products;

- Internal and external reporting as per manufacturer standards;

- Other ad-hoc assignments & projects.

* SOP (Monthly):

- Prepare the weekly/ monthly sales report for Sales Meeting;

- Prepare the Monthly Dealer Meeting for assigned region and respective dealers;

- Monthly revise and follow-up the dealer’s sales targets based on company's car flow plan & Dealer’s business plan being in line with real market situation;

- Work with dealers on the quarterly/monthly/weekly marketing tactics & sales events at respective dealers;

- Follow Dealership management meeting (monthly/weekly);

- Monday-to-Friday visit and work with Dealership and prepare to join the weekly meeting; briefing the Daily/Weekly reports with further discussion on how to improve.

* SOP – DAILY & WEEKLY FOSCUS AT DEALER’s SALES OPERATION:

- Follow Dealership Sales Policy and Trading terms;

- Get in touch with dealer’s principal and owner on updating company’s sales strength/opportunities; market info; dealer’s operation; and asking to manage urgent case and/or keep improving dealer operation;

- Daily involve in dealer’s sales tactics in terms of sales promotion, sales incentives, special retail sales support to dealer’s customers; request directly to Head of sales;

- Get in touch with dealer’s supporting function of finance in conjunction with sales manager/sales admin. to push the dealer’s sales orders procedures;

- Everyday meeting with Sales Consultant to follow-up & have checking the back-orders, Hot A, prospects and fleet sales opportunities. Then give consultation and support accordingly;

- Timely conduct the sales talks to dealer SM/SCs on sales idea, sales prospecting, and product/selling training, and counter-measures;

- Work closely and go with Sales Consultant to meet prospects to close sales;

- Handle and field support to dealer for such sales events/special marketing activities;

- Prepare the Daily/Weekly Sales Report to Commercial Director/ Head of sales;

REQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor/ College graduate of any business-related to Commerce (Sales & Marketing)

- 8-10 years experience in automobile industry;

- Related experience in a management capacity handling; Dealership Sales for multiple locations.
