Job Description
Responsibilities（岗位职责）
• 处理生产线问题。
• 规划生产规格、原材料、生产线、机器和成本。
• 改进工艺缺陷和报废率，评估最佳产品制造工艺，制定生产流程和标准。
• 维护工作环境与安全。
• 制定并执行标准操作程序（SOP）。
• 监控并提升设备工艺质量。
• 完成上级分配的其他任务。
Job Requirements（岗位要求）
• 中文流利（HSK5级或以上）。
• 工程相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 无需工作经验。
• 愿意学习并在PCB行业发展（可从零开始接受培训）。
