Job Description
Position: Paper Bag Machine Operator
Employment Type: Full time
Working Hours: 5.5 days (9am-9pm or 9pm-9am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor paper bag making machines
- Ensure smooth production and minimize downtime
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Maintain product quality and meet production targets
- Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Experience in operating paper bag machines or similar production machinery preferred
- Candidates with paper bag manufacturing / production operator background may be considered
- Basic technical or mechanical knowledge
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work shifts
