I – JOB IDENTIFICATION

Department: Asia Hub
Region: Vietnam
Job Title: MRP Controller
Direct Supervisor: General Director
Subordinates: N/A

II – MAIN TARGETS

Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling for finished production and supplier item range
Work closely with Manufacturing Manager and suppliers to support business decisions
Ensure customer demand is met while balancing quality, inventory, cost, and delivery performance

III – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan, control, and manage stock of finished production materials and commodities via SAP ERP
Process orders and conduct demand planning to ensure material availability within financial and economic targets
Manage master data and replenishment stock parameters
Handle backlog management and align with supplier and customer requirements
Maintain close coordination with production plants and external suppliers
Support continuous improvement activities
Perform other replenishment-related tasks as assigned

IV – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education & Experience

High school diploma required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply planning, stock management, or production management preferred
2–3 years experience as Planner in distribution or manufacturing environment
Experience in inventory management
SAP knowledge (SAP MM/PP)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
