I – JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: MRP Controller
Direct Supervisor: General Director

II – MAIN TARGETS

• Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling for finished production and supplier item range

• Work closely with Manufacturing Manager and suppliers to support business decisions

• Ensure customer demand is met while balancing quality, inventory, cost, and delivery performance

III – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan, control, and manage stock of finished production materials and commodities via SAP ERP

• Process orders and conduct demand planning to ensure material availability within financial and economic targets

• Manage master data and replenishment stock parameters

• Handle backlog management and align with supplier and customer requirements

• Maintain close coordination with production plants and external suppliers

• Support continuous improvement activities

• Perform other replenishment-related tasks as assigned

IV – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education & Experience

• High school diploma required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply planning, stock management, or production management preferred

• 2–3 years experience as Planner in distribution or manufacturing environment

• Experience in inventory management

• SAP knowledge (SAP MM/PP)

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
