Job Description

Job Description: 

• Sales turnover responsibility 200K Euro/year

• Focus and hunt medium and small-size companies in furniture industry, target 60 customers in portfolio

• Actively own sales and/or cooperate with authorized dealer to serve target customers

• Establish strong relationship with customers

• Support Marketing & Sales activities (exhibition, promotional campaign etc…)

• Build up and develop the prospect list of furniture companies in Vietnam

• Do the weekly visit plan and visit report

• Good team builder with Application Engineer & Service Teams

• Report directly to Sales & Operation Manager / MD.

 

Job KPI:

  • Yearly sales target of New tools (50%) 
  • Number of customers gained @120 customers win in year (30%) 
  • Number of visits per month, not less than 80 visits/month (20%) 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• University graduation of Engineering major

• Good English communication

• More than 4-5 years experienced in B2B model for the engineering products, preferably in tooling

• Work in industrial sales preferably Woodworking

• Good communication skills & good understanding of Marketing/ Sales

• Work in team and constructive mindset

• Able to work independently with self-motivated

• Positive thinking and hard working

• Working from Mon – Sat every week.
