• Có kinh nghiệm sáng tạo nội dung, đặc biệt là các nền tảng video ngắn (TikTok,
Reels, Shorts).
• Viết tốt, sáng tạo, bắt trend nhanh, có tư duy viral content.
• Hiểu về storytelling, cách tạo engagement trên mạng xã hội.
Biết thiết kể hình ảnh, chỉnh sửa video cơ bản là lợi thế (CapCut, Canva)
Chủ động, linh hoạt, dám thử nghiệm nội dung mới.
Sẵn sàng thử thách với TikTok và phát triển thương hiệu cá nhân
Quyền Lợi:
Mức lương: 08 - 12 triệu (có thể deal thêm theo năng lực trong buổi phỏng vấn
trực tiếp)
Thưởng theo hiệu suất, KPI, dự án.
Được xem xét điều chỉnh lương 1 - 2 lần/năm
Được đào tạo chuyên sâu về TikTok marketing, storytelling & sáng tạo nội dung.
Hưởng các chế độ đãi ngộ theo luật lao động
Thời gian bắt đầu: T1/2026
