II – MAIN TARGETS

The contribution of the Position to the success of the company consists in: securing the production by maintaining the machinery and equipment. Quick and correct responses to technical issues is key for a long lasting solving of technical problems at machines and equipment. Avoiding production stops due to missing spare parts. At the same time keeping a balanced stock of maintenance spare parts. Compliance with safety and local regulations is a must.

III – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performing routine and corrective electrical maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery

Reading and updating electrical drawings

Conducting inspections, tests, and troubleshooting to identify issues

Repairing or replacing faulty electrical components or parts

Participating in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications

Conducting preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules

Documenting maintenance activities and updating maintenance records. Keeping up to date, creating and developing all relevant documents

Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance-related issues

Assisting in equipment commissioning and decommissioning processes

Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards especially for sensitive elecetrical devices

Analysis of malfunctions of tools, machines and peripheric devices

Supporting colleagues in regards to drawings and technical questions

Supporting and initiating improvement projects in regards to processes, products or machinery

Supporting in the continuous enrollment of the fPS know-how as well as transfer to other colleagues

Orther tasks as required by management

IV – REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

1. Education background and working experience

Technical diploma or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance).

2-4 years of experience as an electrical maintenance technician in a production or manufacturing environment

Proficiency in the relevant software , PLC tools and technical skills

English language skills would be desirable

2. Knowledge / Skills

In-depth knowledge of maintenance principles and practices

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Proven problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly motivated, self-decipline

Honest, work with quick response and high efficiency
