Full Stack Developer (Python / TypeScript)

Key responsibilities

• Build, ship and maintain features end to end on both products: Python back-end services and APIs, and TypeScript web front ends.
• Work on core product features: messaging, AI agents, automations and integrations in AI workspace app; onboarding and credit-profiling flows in Open Banking credit app.
• Design and maintain APIs, data models and third-party integrations (Open Banking providers; workplace tools such as Gmail, Slack and Notion).
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews.
• Investigate and fix production issues; improve performance and reliability.
• Handle financial and personal data with care, following secure-coding and data-protection (GDPR) practices.
• Work day to day in English with the Lead Developer and the product team in Spain.

Must-have skills & qualifications

• Years of experience: 3–5+ years of professional full-stack development
• Education level: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience
• Language(s): English — professional working proficiency
• Strong Python on the back end: APIs and services (e.g. FastAPI, Django or Flask).
• Strong TypeScript on the front end with a modern framework (e.g. React or Vue).
• Proven experience building and running full-stack web applications in production.
• REST API design, SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and third-party integrations.
• Good engineering practice: Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Able to work independently in a remote, distributed team and communicate clearly in English.

Nice-to-have (preferred but not required)

• Fintech experience: Open Banking / PSD2, payments, credit scoring or KYC.
• Experience building AI / LLM-powered features (agents, automations).
• Docker and Kubernetes; PostgreSQL / Supabase.
• Real-time features such as messaging (WebSockets).
• Security-minded development: authentication (OAuth / OIDC), encryption, data protection.
• Previous remote work with European or other international teams.

Nation pref.: Open (must based in Vietnam)

Working hours: to be agreed, with some overlap with Central European Time for team meetings.
