Finance Controller

Financial Controller oversees all financial operations of the company subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with standards. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and cross-cultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with VAS and IFRS
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance review and variance analysis
3. Ensure tax compliance and liaise with local authorities and external auditors
4. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
5. Implement and maintain internal controls and financial systems
6. Collaborate with other departments and local operations to support strategic goals
7. Provide financial insights to support business performance and growth
8. Other operational tasks relating to administration.

Qualifications
Education & Certification

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred)
2. Chief Accountant Certificate.
3. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and preferred knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in financial management, controlling, or accounting
2. Experience working in international companies or subsidiaries is a plus
3. Experience of being responsible of company’s tax reporting.
