Responsibilities:
- Analytics Strategy & Vision:
- Define the analytics roadmap for Supply Chain 2.0 dashboards: KPls, adoption goals, and data-driven decision-making culture.
- Align dashboard content with business priorities (e.g., forecast accuracy, service level, inventory optimization, OTIF).
- Dashboard Rebuild & Governance:
- Redesign dashboards for clarity, usability, and scalability.
- Define and enforce governance standards: metric definitions, golden table usage, semantic layer consistency.
- Build a centralized catalog of KPIs and ensure alignment across business units.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts & BI developers.
- Promote self-service BI for business teams while ensuring controlled, governed data models.
- Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Drive dashboard adoption through training, documentation, and storytelling. Partner with Supply Chain leaders, Biz User to ensure analytics are trusted and actionable.
- Collect feedback from users to iterate and improve dashboards.
- Performance & Usage Monitoring:
- Track dashboard usage metrics. Implement Power BI usage monitoring and create internal adoption KPIs.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, refresh efficiency, and scalability.
Skill:
- Technical & Analytics:
- Strong Power BI expertise (semantic models, DAX, visualization best practices.
- Understanding of data architecture (One Lake, Fabric, dataflows, golden tables).
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and analytics (Forecast Accuracy, MAPE/WMAPE, Inventory Days, OTIF).
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Proven ability to lead analytics teams and drive adoption across functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management with Supply Chain.
- Strong storytelling with data to influence senior leadership decisions.
- Governance & Process:
- Experience defining data governance frameworks (single source of truth, metric ownership).
- Ability to establish standards for dashboard development (templates, naming conventions, documentation).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communicator, able to translate business needs -› analytics requirements.
- Influencer who can drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
Experience:
- 4+ years in analytics, Bl, or data-driven roles.
- Proven experience leading Bi/analytics teams (3-10 people).
- Deep understanding of business context (Supply Chain, Sales, KPIs).
- Strong in Power BI governance, adoption strategy, stakeholder management.
- Not hands-on coding every day, but can review pipelines, semantic models, DAX.
- Can present to senior leadership, push adoption across functions.
