Responsibilities
Review Preparation Management
- Takecharge of formulating detailed preparation plans for factory reviews initiated by brand owners, including clarifying review standards, sorting out required documents (such as production process records, quality inspection reports, and employee training certificates), and coordinating resources of various departments (production, quality control, human resources, etc.) to ensure all preparation work is completed on schedule.
- Conduct inspections regularly to identify potential problems in advance, and formulate targeted rectification plans to ensure the factory meets the review requirements of brand owners.
On- site Review Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact person for brand owner review teams during on- site reviews, responsible for receiving, guiding, and communicating with the review teams.
- Coordinate relevant department personnel to participate in review meetings, on- site inspections, and document verification, ensuring the review process proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
- Record review findings in a timely and accurate manner, including problems identified, suggestions put forward by the review teams, and on- site communication contents, and form a complete review record report.
Post- review Follow- up and Improvement
- Analyze the review results comprehensively, sort out non- conforming items, and formulate improvement plans with clear time limits, responsible persons, and implementation measures together with relevant departments.
- Track the implementation progress of improvement plans, verify the effectiveness of rectification measures, and ensure all non- conforming items are corrected in place.
- Summarize review experience and lessons, optimize the factory's internal management system and review preparation process, and continuously improve the factory's ability to pass brand owner reviews.
Cross- departmental Collaboration and Training
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with various departments of the factory, popularize the knowledge and requirements of brand owner reviews, and improve the awareness and participation of all employees in review work.
- Organize regular training on review- related knowledge and skills for relevant employees, including review standards, document management, on- site operation specifications, etc., to improve the professional quality of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related majors.
- At least 5 years of working experience in factory review, quality management, or related fields in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position (such as review supervisor or quality manager).
- Have rich experience in participating in or organizing factory reviews initiated by international brand owners (especially in the glasses, consumer electronics, or apparel industries), and be familiar with common international review standards and processes.
- Have working experience in factories in Vietnam or other Southeast Asian countries is preferred, and be familiar with the local industrial policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Vietnamese.
- Familiar with the production process and quality control points of glasses frames, able to accurately identify potential quality risks and non- conforming items in the production process.
- Have strong document management ability, able to sort out and manage review related documents in a standardized manner, and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of documents.
- Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to prepare review plans, reports, and training materials.
- Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at all levels (including brand owner review teams, factory management, and front- line employees) and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Have strong organizational and planning skills, able to formulate reasonable work plans, arrange work priorities, and ensure the smooth completion of various review tasks.
- Have good learning ability and innovation awareness, able to keep up with the latest changes in international review standards and industry trends, and put forward innovative suggestions for the factory's review work and internal management
