1. Business Strategy Development:
- Ensure sustainable development, including expanding both domestic and international markets.
- For the domestic market: Focus on developing B2C & B2B channels, stabilizing and expanding traditional channels.
- Expand the export market in the long term.
- Ensure the business strategy is consistent across customer segments, products, marketing, and sales.
2. Data-Driven Operational Management:
- Understand and analyze business effectiveness based on data.
- Continuously optimize operations through performance metrics.
3. Marketing Knowledge:
- Experienced in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, including branding, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
4. Information Technology Knowledge:
- Experienced in implementing and understanding IT applications in business operations.
5. Alcohol, Beer, and Beverage Industry Knowledge:
- Management experience: Held positions of Deputy Director or higher in the alcohol, beer, and beverage industry.
6. Consumer Experience Knowledge:
- Experienced in managing and improving end-consumer experiences.
7. Logistics Knowledge:
- Understand and optimize supply chain and logistics management.
8. Resource Development:
- Human resource setup: Ability to set up HR structures, establish KPI-based goals, train, and develop staff.
- Develop a positive corporate culture that promotes efficient work spirit and increases productivity.
9. Other Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a similar position.
- University degree or higher in finance, accounting, marketing, or business management.
- Aged 40 and above, male or female.
- Able to handle high work pressure, in good health.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
