Accounting Manager

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Position: Accounting Manager

Location: Dong Nai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting: Prepare and oversee accurate monthly reports, financial statements, and MIS/NIS reports for management and other stakeholders.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets; analyze trends, identify risks, and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth.

• Business Partnering: Work closely with local teams (e.g., plant managers, supply chain) to understand requirements, provide financial insights, and support operational decision-making.

• Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement and ensure adherence to internal financial policies, statutory regulations, and tax compliance.

• Working Capital & Cash Flow: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and cash flow to ensure efficient working capital management.

• Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and effective periodic audits.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes, potentially involving automation and leveraging systems like

SAP EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

• At least bachelor qualification from Economics HCMC/Ha Noi with major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing with good marks.

• Experience: From 12 years above in Finance and 4 years in management role preferably within the manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain industries.- Strong knowledge in VAS/tax/custom/IFRS

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels
