Với hơn 530.000 USD, Thụy Sĩ là quốc gia có tài sản trung bình với mỗi người trưởng thành cao nhất thế giới.
Theo báo cáo tài sản – Global Wealth Report 2018 do Viện nghiên cứu Credit Suisse công bố gần đây, tài sản toàn cầu đã tăng 14.000 tỷ USD lên 317.000 tỷ USD trong một năm qua. Trong 5 năm tới, con số này sẽ tăng gần 26% nữa, chạm 399.000 tỷ USD năm 2023. Các nền kinh tế mới nổi đóng góp một phần ba mức tăng này, dù chỉ đóng góp tổng cộng 21% tài sản toàn cầu hiện tại.
Mỹ vẫn là nước có nhiều triệu phú nhất thế giới, với hơn 13,5 triệu người và tổng tài sản cả nước là 98.200 tỷ USD. Tuy nhiên, nếu chia tổng tài sản cho số người trưởng thành (từ 18 tuổi trở lên), Thụy Sĩ mới là quốc gia có tài sản trung bình cao nhất thế giới, báo cáo của Credit Suisse cho biết.
