职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Handle & perform purchasing tasks.
- Create, negotiate, and execute strategies that lead to enhanced supply chain performance, superior product quality, innovative technology and maximized value.
- Lead negotiations and establish agreements with suppliers.
- Contribute to the business plan for the segment and actively participate in the global network of buyers.
- Work collaboratively with global supply chain members to successfully create and implement global supply chain and technology strategies.
- Utilize company systems to improve efficiency throughout the supply chain.
- Forecast cost changes within the scope of responsibility.
- Oversee and negotiate product/process changes during both the production and post-production phases for revenue segments.
- Manage daily purchasing tasks related to production orders, logistics, and financial transactions with suppliers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of supply chain field, especially purchasing experience (e.g. contracts, supplier negotiations, sourcing, etc.)
- Experience within the manufacturing industry
- Proven negotiation skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purpose
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent working experience
