About the job
Cold Chain / Reefer Container Sales Director role 📍 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | 💰 TBD | 🕐 Full-time
*This is a new team, new office, new project. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated sales person
What You'll Do
- Source and manage used reefer container supply from Chinese partners
- Identify and develop local B2B customers across logistics, F&B, seafood export, and pharma sectors
- Build and manage distributor and reseller relationships across Vietnam
- Support future local reefer container assembly project planning and execution
- Report directly to CEO
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in cold chain, reefer logistics, or refrigerated container industry
- Strong existing B2B network in Vietnam's cold chain or logistics sector
- Proven track record in business development or trading
- Must speak Vietnamese
- Chinese or Korean language skills are a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality — this is a ground-floor role, not a corporate seat
