Cold Chain / Reefer Container Sales Director role 📍 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | 💰 TBD | 🕐 Full-time

*This is a new team, new office, new project. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated sales person

What You'll Do

Source and manage used reefer container supply from Chinese partners
Identify and develop local B2B customers across logistics, F&B, seafood export, and pharma sectors
Build and manage distributor and reseller relationships across Vietnam
Support future local reefer container assembly project planning and execution
Report directly to CEO

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in cold chain, reefer logistics, or refrigerated container industry
Strong existing B2B network in Vietnam's cold chain or logistics sector
Proven track record in business development or trading
Must speak Vietnamese
Chinese or Korean language skills are a strong plus
Self-starter mentality — this is a ground-floor role, not a corporate seat
