About the job
- Develop and implement in-depth business strategies for motorcycles, ensuring sales targets are met and market expansion is achieved.
- Manage and develop the dealership network, showrooms, and service centers for motorcycles.
- Analyze the electric motorcycle market; update technology trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to propose appropriate development solutions.
- Develop promotional programs and customer care initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor the performance of the distribution system, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of set targets.
- Prepare and submit periodic business performance and system development reports to the Board of Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales/system development, preferably in the automotive, electric motorcycle, or high-tech product sectors.
- Strong understanding of the automotive and electric motorcycle market, popular product lines, new technologies, and customer needs.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Proficient in office software and business management tools.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in developing dealership networks, showrooms, or service centers for automobiles or electric motorcycles.
