Key Responsibilities

Your role is pivotal in driving regional growth and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Direct and motivate the area team by fostering a collaborative environment with Marketing, Medical, FFE, and Training departments.
  • Oversee end-to-end people processes, including strategic recruitment, talent retention, and tailored professional development plans.
  • Drive top-line performance in the Primary Care sector through optimized resource allocation and continuous team training.

Sales Excellence & Execution

  • Conduct weekly coaching calls with Medical Representatives to provide actionable feedback and ensure alignment on regional priorities.
  • Translate corporate business strategies into local execution plans through high-impact regular cycle meetings.
  • Synthesize and consolidate field insights into weekly executive reports for senior management updates.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Spearhead pre-launch planning and execution strategies for new product introductions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by sharing real-time market trends and competitive intelligence to inform regional strategy.
  • Build and nurture sustainable, high-value relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic customers.

Compliance & Governance

  • Governance: Provide consistent coaching and oversight to ensure all field activities strictly adhere to company policy and industry compliance standards.
  • Agility: Execute additional strategic projects or tasks as directed by functional leadership to support evolving business needs.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years in the healthcare industry, with at least 1 years in a leadership/management role within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A proven and documented track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and delivering consistent growth.
  • Prior experience in gynecological therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with the Hospital Tender process and Doctor Private Clinic model
  • Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required for reporting and stakeholder management.
