职位描述

 

1. Job Purpose

 Technical Training is responsible for providing OTJ (On-the-Job) and technical training support across production areas. This role focuses on delivering effective training solutions for direct labor employees, coordinating training activities, and supporting manufacturing performance improvement through structured learning programs.

2. Reporting Line

Reports to: Manager, Production or assigned by higher management.

3. Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Engineering & Technology background is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience managing LMS within manufacturing/semiconductor environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technical or production training is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills.
  • Experience managing full training cycles:
    • Training Needs Analysis
    • Budgeting
    • Training implementation & evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps, build skill matrices, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

4. Key Responsibilities

OTJ & Technical Training (40%)

  • Identify skill gaps and performance deviations; implement corrective training actions.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to solve training-related issues.
  • Deliver technical training programs based on training libraries and operational requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through competency assessments, certifications, and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to improve training solutions.

Training Management System & Documentation (30%)

  • Manage and improve Training Management Systems (TMS/LMS), databases, and records.
  • Develop and maintain training documents, materials, forms, templates, and libraries.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, internal procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to training activities.

Leadership & Team Development (20%)

  • Lead and develop technical trainer teams.
  • Ensure trainer competency and training quality standards.

Other Responsibilities (10%)

  • Support special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Recommend continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
