Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

Supply Chain Manager is responsible for building and leading supply chain operations to support the company’s growth across international markets. This role ensures efficient sourcing, planning, quality control, logistics, and inventory management while aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives, product development direction, and international market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy to support business growth and customer demand in international markets.
• Align supply chain operations with product development, sales strategy, and market expansion plans.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain and quality team with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous innovation. 
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure stability, flexibility, and business continuity.

Sourcing, Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage and build a valuable network of local and regional suppliers, including sourcing, procurement, and leading contract negotiations.
• Ensure supplier capability, capacity planning, cost competitiveness, and quality compliance.
• Drive supplier performance reviews and long-term partnerships aligned with international standards and customer expectations.

​Demand Planning, Logistics & Operations

• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management for international customers.
• Manage import/export operations including customs compliance, trade documentation, and regulatory requirements for international markets.
• Supervise logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery to international markets.
• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to meet delivery timelines, cost targets and customer specifications.

​Quality, Compliance & Sustainability

• Develop and oversee quality assurance processes across production and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards (e.g. FSC, REACH, BSCI, ESG requirements).
• Integrate sustainability initiatives into the supply chain, including ethical sourcing, sustainable materials and carbon footprint reduction.

Performance & Digitalization

• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting systems for supply chain visibility and performance tracking.
• Lead transformation initiatives through process optimization, data analytics, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably in furniture, wood manufacturing, design or trading companies.
• Strong experience supporting international markets with international logistics and compliance exposure.
• Experience in building or setting up a new a team or restructuring an existing team is preferrable.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, demand planning, logistics and supplier management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business related.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or supply chain management systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally or internationally on a regular basis.
