WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Act as a market intelligence analyst — mapping talent and competitor landscapes for retained search mandates with MNC clients
• Engage directly with senior professionals and C-suite candidates not cold-calling job seekers, but consulting with decision-makers
• Build commercial acumen by supporting business development you'll see how six-figure retained search deals get won
• Own your own research using LinkedIn, Apollo, and proprietary market-mapping tools
• Sit in strategy discussions and pipeline reviews alongside consultants who've placed leadership for global brands

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Economics, Linguistics, or related)
• 1 year experience 
• Strong English, native/fluent Vietnamese
• Proficient with LinkedIn, MS Office/Google Workspace
• Proactive, resilient, target-driven — genuine interest in people and business
