Inside Sales / Procurement Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage procurement processes, and provide excellent B2B account servicing. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and those who are immediately available.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle quotation requests, purchase order (PO) processing, monitoring, and sales order management.
• Maintain close contact with suppliers for quotations and follow up on outstanding PO delivery status.
• Organize and maintain files for quotations, POs, invoices, and related order records (materials, prices, inventory, delivery).
• Provide B2B account servicing and support for outside sales activities.
• Manage order processing, monitor forecasts and inventory, and support daily operations.
• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders.
• Support logistics operations with warehouse and forwarders.
• Weekly meeting with Hong Kong TEAMS for news and support

Requirements

• Good command of Vietnamese and English. Chinese is optional
• Responsible and detail-minded, and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
