About the job
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Country Head - Monetization. The role includes leading and executing monetization strategies, building and managing relationships with key publishers and advertisers, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and overseeing revenue growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, setting country-level goals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in revenue monetization, digital advertising, and user acquisition strategies
- Leadership experience in managing teams, setting goals, and driving business growth
- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand market trends and localize global monetization strategies effectively
- Proven track record in achieving measurable financial and operational targets
- Experience in the ad-tech, digital marketing, or mobile app industries is preferred
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English; familiarity with Vietnamese is an advantage
