Senior Production Manger

REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or
Business Management.

Experience 7+ years in production management,
preferably in power tools, automotive, or
electronics manufacturing.
Experience working with ERP/MES systems
for production planning and tracking.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills.

Knowledge Strong knowledge of assembly line
automation, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma,
and quality assurance standards.
Preferred Skills Experience in battery & motor technology

and electronic component assembly.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies,
such as IoT-enabled smart manufacturing
and robotics.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance for
power tools.
Ability to manage multiple production areas.
