Job Summary
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you’ll be involved in the full contentproduction process — from capturing visuals to designing, editing, and publishing — across Headhunt Vietnam’s social media channels. You will also support recruitment-focused livestream campaigns and online branding initiatives. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong understanding of social media trends to effectively manage online communities and campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Production & Management
- Participate in the end-to-end creative process — from concept development, photo/video shooting, visual selection, design, editing, and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging, brand-consistent captions and SEO-optimized blog articles for the company website.
- Produce short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok clips, behind-the-scenes videos).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help maintain a positive online community.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Campaigns & Livestreams
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment and branding livestream campaigns — from concept creation to technical setup and post-event content optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on employer branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and participate in online and offline events to promote job opportunities and strengthen brand awareness.
Strategy, Analytics & Optimization
- Contribute ideas to the overall social media and content strategy, based on trends, audience insights, and platform updates.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Prepare performance reports and propose actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or employer branding.
- Passion for social media, branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Creative mindset with strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content marketing trends.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into creative improvements.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
