Senior Quality Assurance

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections to Company standards (BOM, drawings, AQL).
• Verify critical points on multi-material products – timber joinery, steel welding, foam ILD, upholstery workmanship, packaging integrity.
• Lead factory‐side root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
• Develop, update and enforce inspection SOPs, checklists and visual standards for each product family.
• Train and coach factory QC teams on measurement tools, defect classification, photo evidence and reporting etiquette.
• Oversee lab tests (foam hardness, fabric GSM, finish adhesion) and validate third-party test reports against specifications.
• Support supplier audits and new-line pilot builds, highlighting risks early and recommending mitigation plans.
• Initiate continuous-improvement projects to lower defect rates, improve process capability and shorten lead time.
• Maintain digital inspection records (photos, iAuditor, Google Sheets) and submit concise daily & weekly summaries.
• Track daily production status so the Production Manager can keep the critical path on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in furniture or related high-volume manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of AQL, measurement tools, basic lab testing, and ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Able to read drawings/specs in English; functional spoken English and Vietnamese for shop-floor communication.
• Comfortable travelling across factories and working hands-on with operators and supervisors.
• Strong analytical, organisational and coaching skills; tech-savvy with cameras, Google Workspace, and inspection apps.
