Mô tả công việc
Duties:
- Responsible for key business unit tasks, administrative management, system and process planning, development, and implementation
- Cross-departmental communication and SOP collaboration
- Response to internal and external audit documents
- Confirmation and approval of business orders
- Administer tasks assigned by supervisors and consolidate various reports
- Manage staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in Chinese (~HSK level 6), good English (~IELTS 6.0)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office systems (Excel/Word...)
- This position requires completion of logic and English tests
1. Logic test (must have a score of 10/20 or higher)
