Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead retail channel development in Thailand, focusing on expanding the market with electronics and appliance retail chains.

This role is responsible for driving retail sales growth, developing store networks, and building strong partnerships with key retail players in the Thailand market.

The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with strong experience in retail channel expansion and key account development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Retail Sales Growth

  • Own sales performance across the channels in Thailand.
  • Deliver ambitious sales targets through strong retail channel expansion.
  • Ensure strong product presence and sell-through across retail partners.

Develop Retail Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships with electronics and appliance retail chains in Thailand.
  • Build relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and in-store programs.

Expand Store Network

  • Increase product presence across retail store networks in major Thai cities.
  • Work with retail partners to ensure strong product visibility and customer experience in stores.
  • Support retail partners with sales initiatives and promotions to drive sell-out.

Commercial Execution

  • Lead negotiations with retail partners and key accounts.
  • Drive in-store promotional programs to accelerate sales.
  • Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to grow market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or ITC.
  • Experience working with retail chains or large store networks.
  • Strong negotiation and key account management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to travel frequently to Thailand.
