QC Inspector

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

a) Conduct appearance test, packaging test and dimensional test for Anchor /SaMontec products. Issue inspection report and input inspection data into SAP system.

b) Conduct drawing test of Anchors, tensile test of materials, nail test and other functional tests, make relevant report and input test result in SAP system.

c) Provide other supports for fischer projects in Vietnam.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

1. College degree or above, at least 2 years experience in quality management of metal products. Experience in mechanical lab is a plus.

2. Familiar with production processes, including stamping, casting, machininng, threading, heat treatment, plaiting, plastic injection, etc.

3. Familiar with ISO9001 QMS, professional on quality control tools and different measurement equipments, good experience on inspection equipment calibration.

4. Able to read drawings.

5. Able to use basic written English. Spoken English will be a plus.

6. Be willing to travel frequently.

7. Rigorous in work and team worker.
