Develop and implement country marketing mix strategy for the assigned product portfolio in accordance with the global and regional strategy:
· Implement the global product strategy in the country in line with the relevant segment strategies;
· Drive business and competitive intelligence with regards to the assigned product portfolio for the sub-region within the regional/global guidelines and process for business;
· Support the country strategy implementation for the across segments with application and product support;
· Drive lobbying and ensure the representation of company at standardizing committees for the assigned product portfolio on local level;
Support management team on business planning for the assigned product portfolio.
Actively support Sales & Service to drive Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned product portfolio within the country:
· Provide technical and product support to Sales & Service for tenders as well as key account development / management activities;
· Define counteractions to mitigate business risks for the assigned product portfolio;
· Analyse and crosscheck the sales funnel and forecasting for the assigned product portfolio on the country level and conduct Win/Loss, installed base and funnel analysis and act if required;
· Identify and drive regional/global marketing mix measures to ensure performance according to business plan, set priorities for action as well as the implementation and follow-up of the actions;
· Support product approvals / regulatory affairs as well as product adaptation and customization on the local level;
· Support non TSB product and quality related issues.
Provide input for the regional/global product strategy:
· Ensure aligned and consolidated input in the regional/global product strategy in collaboration with the Regional Segment Managers and the Global Product Managers regarding to VOC/VOM.
· Actively support the Regional/Global Product Managers in defining new products and the corresponding service concept in close cooperation with the Services Team as well as phasing out products in close cooperation with Sales & Service and Operations.
Provide operational marketing and sales & service support for the assigned product portfolio:
· Actively manage the product launch in close cooperation with the Regional Segment Managers and other Marketing functions, Sales & Service, Operations and the Communication & Sales Marketing teams in the development and execution of the marketing plan;
· Manage the assigned product portfolio on the Country level including the entire product lifecycle;
· Drive content development for the assigned product portfolio and the relevant applications;
· Provide 2nd level application and technical product support/training to internal/external commercial & service team.
· Design and execute regular product and application trainings in the region.
