Key Responsibilities:

  1. To plan sales strategy and drive the channel sales of RPC products to achieve sales, profit and other financial targets as assigned by the company.
  2. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners (distributors) within assigned territory. And doing the management plan to sales activities of distributors to generate revenue. Coordinate with them to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. This is not limited Evaluating distributor sales performance and recommend improvements. This is including educate them about the product portfolio and complimentary service offered, and addressing them related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  3. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  4. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  6. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  7. Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  8. Planning and leading the marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
  9. To manage the day-to-day activities of Area sales sale managers, and including sale structure, training, expenditure, budget planning, impress account, performance coaching, monitoring.
  10. Period reports assigned by General manager
  11. To assist in ad hoc projects from time to time.

Experience & Education:

  1. University degree in a recognized university.
  2. Minimum 10 years progressive sales and management experience in food industry with at least 5 years at managerial position. Preferably a multinational company.
  3. Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
  5. Initiative, with sound problem solving skills and drive for business results.
  6. Very good communication skills at all levels and able to deal with various customer levels.
  7. Good English both written and spoken, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects an advantage.
