Mô tả công việc
The Manufacturing Engineering Lead is a senior strategist and technology leader responsible for all aspects of manufacturing technology, software, and systems integrations. This role guides modernization and innovation initiatives, directs multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensures manufacturing operations leverage best-in-class tools and practices to deliver business results at scale.

1. With the Product Team, set the vision and roadmap for manufacturing technology, process automation, and digital transformation across all facilities.
2. Oversee integration, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing software, hardware, and industrial control systems integrations.
3. Lead cross-functional teams encompassing process, automation, systems, and software engineers.
4. Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies for production efficiency, quality, traceability, and data-driven decision-making.
5. Help architect robust integration frameworks connecting shop floor, MES, ERP, and analytics platforms.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging software and industrial engineering best practices
7. Develop and administer engineering standards and procedures for manufacturing operations.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, accessibility (ADA/EEOC), and cybersecurity requirements.
9. Foster a culture of innovation, professional growth, and collaborative problem solving within the engineering organization
10. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and resource allocation for technology-driven manufacturing projects.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT, operations, quality, and executive stakeholders.
12. Mentor and train engineering staff to advance skills in modern manufacturing methods and technologies. Collaborate with system architects and other engineering teams to ensure successful code delivery
13. Collaborate with the business to gather requirments and documentation for future work
14. Work with Product Team and Operations to ensure means for successful rollout to users

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Ideal: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, systems design, software implementation, or process engineering, including hands-on leadership of major replacement or transformation projects.
• At least 3 years in a technology leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in manufacturing software (MES, ERP, PLCs), automation, and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing environments (food, pharma, automotive, etc.)
• Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.
• Advanced understanding of industrial engineering, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Prior leadership of projects involving IoT, robotics, cloud-based MES, or connected shop floor technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
• Deep experience with AI and Automation processes and an AI-First mentality
• Deep technical experience that you can talk to and support in depth

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills

• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
• Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
