Junior Production Planner

I – JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: Junior Production Planner
Direct Supervisor: Plant Leader
Subordinates: N/A

II – MAIN TARGETS

• Plan production to ensure the right product is delivered in the right quantity at the right time

• Consolidate information from relevant departments to create effective production plans

• Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling for the production department

• Support in defining and improving production process data

III – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support scheduling of pre-production, assembly, and third-party services to ensure on-time delivery

• Monitor production progress and prepare performance reports

• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays

• Book production jobs in SAP

• Support definition and optimization of planning parameters

• Support inventory parameter definition and ensure delivery capability

• Maintain close coordination with assembly, logistics, and related departments

• Create and maintain BOM, routing, and master data in SAP

• Keep SAP data updated

• Prepare reports as required

• Perform other tasks assigned by management

IV – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in production management, supply planning, engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in planning role in manufacturing or distribution environment

2. Knowledge / Skills

• Fluent business English (written & spoken)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
