I – MAIN TARGETS

The contribution of the Position to the success of the company consists in: supplying the right material in the right time and right quantity to the right place. This involves raw material, semi-finished as well as finished goods. Furthermore, all indirect material. Transparent and clean warehouse is the basis that there are no deviations inbetween the stock in the SAP System and the actual stock.

II – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Warehouse means the storage of raw material, semi-finished goods and oil storage
• Stock responsibility in the sense that system and actual stock are identical
• Compliance with work processes and other work regulations
• Support unloading goods and sign plausibility check and delivery notes, post Good Receive and print label on SAP
• Stick label and store goods on the shelf after QA check via scanner
• Follow up returnable packaging (crown stand, metal bin) between fpvn and supplier
• Scan production order of semi-finished goods via scanner
• Scan planned finish articles, scan finished goods labels and prepare parts via scanner
• Support picking parts from storage via scanner
• Support providing crate parts for the FIFO shelf from storage via Kanban
• Support control stock of direct material (picking and returning)
• Pick up finished goods, stretch, weigh, place and scan finished goods storage location
• Carry out loading check (when finished goods picked up by truck)
• Carry out garbage when supplier come pick up
• Clean, safe and organized area and work environment
• Following the necessary work instructions in regards to set up, documentation and checks
• Supporting in the continuous enrollment of the fPS know-how as well as transfer to other colleagues
• Compliance with regulations and safety requirements
• Orther tasks as required by management

III – REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

1. Education background and working experience

• Vocational training certified
• Experience in Warehouse Coordination and stock handling
• English language skills would be desirable
• Order and cleanliness at the workplace
• Fork Lift Driving License
