IT MCM Administrator

Mục tiêu chính/ Main Target:

Đảm bảo hệ thống MCM vận hành ổn định, chính xác và liên tục; hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các bộ phận; đồng thời đảm bảo người dùng truy cập và xử lý dữ liệu một cách an toàn, hiệu quả; đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu và tuân thủ quy định an toàn thông tin của tổ chức./ Ensure the stable, accurate, and continuous operation of the MCM system; provide technical support to other departments; ensure secure and efficient user access and data processing; and maintain data integrity while complying with the organization's information security policies.

Trách nhiệm chính/ Main Accountabilities:

• Quản lý Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM)/ Administration Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Triển khai phần mềm: Cài đặt, cập nhật và quản lý các ứng dụng phần mềm trong toàn tổ chức/ Software deployment: Installing, updating, and managing software applications across the organization
• Quản lý bản vá: Đảm bảo hệ điều hành và phần mềm được cập nhật các bản vá và cập nhật bảo mật./ Patch management: Ensuring that operating systems and software are up-to-date with security patches and updates.
• Quản lý và triển khai các ứng dụng liên quan đến thiết bị người dùng như Applocker, Bitlocker, Defender, Egosecure Data Protection,/ Administration and implementation of client related apps like Applocker, Bitlocker, Defender, Egosecure Data Protection and so on
• Quản lý và triển khai các dự án trong môi trường máy khách tại tất cả các công ty con ở Châu Á/ Management and implementation of projects in the IT client environment in all subsidiaries of Asia
• Điều khiển từ xa và khắc phục sự cố: Cung cấp hỗ trợ từ xa cho người dùng và khắc phục sự cố hệ thống./ Remote control and troubleshooting: Providing remote assistance to users and troubleshooting system issues.

Yêu cầu/ Requirement

• Yêu cầu công việc/ Required qualification
  • Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm quản lý và hỗ trợ MCM/ Knowledge and experience in MCM administration and support
  • Thành thạo trong việc triển khai và quản lý hệ điều hành Windows và các ứng dụng thông qua MCM/ Expertise in deploying and managing Windows operating systems and applications through MCM
  • Am hiểu Active Directory, Group Policy và các khái niệm mạng/ Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts
  • Có kiến thức về cơ sở hạ tầng CNTT và công nghệ mạng cũng như về Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, Citrix, hệ thống từ xa, v.v./ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network technology as well as good knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, Citrix, remote systems, etc.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt, cũng như có khả năng chú trọng cao đến khách hàng và dịch vụ/ Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt để giao tiếp với trụ sở chính và tất cả các Trung tâm CNTT/Appropriate English language skills for the communication with the headquarter and all IT-Hubs
• Kinh nghiệm/ Experience
  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương tại công ty sản xuất/ At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company
• Bằng cấp/ Education
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc liên quan/ A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
