HR Generalist

Requirements:

• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information / Duy trì tính bảo mật và an toàn của hồ sơ nhân viên và tài sản, các tập tin, và các thông tin .
• Maintain and update in compliance policies with: Social, health, unemployment, maternity absent procedures and payrolls/ Duy trì và cập nhật các chính sách bắt buộc như: xã hội, y tế, thất nghiệp, quy trình, thai sản và lương.
• Manage and organize office procedures/ Quản lý và duy trì các quy trình nhân sự
• Manage HR processes (attendance report, labor contract, onboarding process, making payroll/payslip…)/Chấm công, tính lương....
• Support staffs & expats: visa, resident card, work permit/ làm giấy phép/thẻ tạm trú cho người nước ngoài
• Others tasks from Director Board/Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu cấp trên
